- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, security measures, and compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely dispatch and delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and implement inventory management systems
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
