Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics.
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and facility regulations.
- Manage warehouse space utilization to accommodate production volume and seasonal fluctuations.
- Coordinate closely with production and sales departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer orders.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and racking systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, safety protocols, and supply chain best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
