Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to increase overall productivity and space utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely supply chain flow.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
