Join Sea Hawk Global Lines as a Warehouse Manager and lead our logistics operations to new heights! We're seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the efficient functioning of our warehouse in Klang/Port Klang. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure seamless inventory control, optimize storage systems, and maintain rigorous safety standards while coordinating cross-functional teams. You'll drive operational excellence by implementing lean practices, managing warehouse staff, and collaborating with transportation partners to guarantee timely deliveries. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and stock optimization
- Manage warehouse staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading and delivery scheduling
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and process improvements
- Manage warehouse resources including equipment maintenance and supply allocation
- Prepare operational reports and key performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
