Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems including receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Implement lean warehouse practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales departments for seamless supply chain operations
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and maintain warehouse safety programs ensuring compliance with OHS standards
- Prepare performance reports and implement strategies to enhance operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Expertise in implementing safety protocols and OHS compliance standards
- Advanced problem-solving skills with focus on process optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
