We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Clark Freeport Zone. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training as necessary.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and warehouse regulations to minimize accidents.
- Report operational metrics and key performance indicators to senior management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup of shipments.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
