We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to join the operations team at Rohlig Singapore Pte. Ltd. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall management of our warehouse facilities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate inventory control, and strict adherence to safety standards. You will lead a diverse team, driving productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics department.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing daily operations, from receiving and storage to dispatch and logistics coordination. You will ensure that all processes comply with local regulations and company policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Coordinate with transport carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale inventory systems.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Forklift Operator License is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
