- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Manage warehouse staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, healthcare standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with procurement department to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficient space utilization and workflow
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in healthcare or regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Valid driver's license and forklift operation certification
