Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end product flow, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound logistics.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement modern product handling systems and automated equipment.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse safety and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and rigorous cycle counting processes.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing warehouse team to meet daily KPIs and productivity targets.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven expertise in warehouse design, layout planning, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards in a warehouse setting.
