Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity levels.
- Coordinate with transportation partners and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory logs using WMS.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety protocols at all times.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local logistics regulations and safety standards in Metro Manila.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
