In this critical role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end warehousing process, ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest levels of efficiency, safety, and cost control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain 100% stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, occupational health, and environmental standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate closely with transport and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage warehouse budgets and resources effectively to control operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or 3PL operations.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse management software (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Class 3/DMC driving license is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
