Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock control systems to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and storage space to improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Valid forklift license and safety certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
