Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory management systems to ensure 99% accuracy in stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of supplies to multiple construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimal waste.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to negotiate favorable delivery terms and material quality.
- Prepare detailed reports on warehouse performance, inventory turnover, and logistics costs for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management, specifically within the construction or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, tools, and heavy machinery inventory requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction/logistics setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational improvements.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
