You will oversee the entire warehouse workflow, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately while also handling local deliveries. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Operate delivery vehicles for local routes, ensuring timely and safe drop-offs to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by enforcing strict safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and resolve operational issues.
- Train and supervise temporary staff and junior drivers to ensure team performance.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Valid Class 3/3A driving license (Singapore).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime during peak seasons.
