Join DELI MALAYSIA E-COMMERCE SDN BHD as a Warehouse Manager (E-Commerce) and drive operational excellence in our dynamic logistics hub. This pivotal role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow, cost optimization, and superior service delivery for our growing e-commerce platform. You'll lead strategic initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, implement lean practices, and maintain inventory accuracy while fostering a culture of safety and productivity. As a key player in our supply chain network, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and support our mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Malaysia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Implement cost-effective strategies for warehouse logistics and distribution networks
- Lead and develop warehouse teams through training, performance management, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery and inventory replenishment
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational standards
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process enhancement and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in e-commerce or retail sectors
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development and conflict resolution abilities
- Expertise in cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of Malaysian logistics regulations and transportation networks
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
