Deppon Supply Chain (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our home appliance parts distribution center in the strategic hub of Bukit Raja, Selangor. As a key player in our logistics network, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring that high-value home appliance components are stored, managed, and dispatched with 100% accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, and outbound shipping of home appliance parts.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting and periodic physical audits.
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training for safety and productivity.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve workflow and reduce handling times.
- Ensure full compliance with local occupational health and safety (OSHA) regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement and transport teams to ensure timely arrival of stock and prompt fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle time, shipping accuracy, and labor efficiency.
- Implement lean warehousing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and generate actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of home appliance parts handling and storage requirements is highly preferred.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage given our global operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
