Warehouse Manager – Operations Setup

HAG Store, a leading retail and logistics company in Sabah, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager – Operations Setup to join our team at our Lok Kawi facility. This pivotal role involves establishing and managing efficient warehouse operations from the ground up, ensuring seamless logistics, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the setup of systems, processes, and teams, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will lead a team of supervisors and operators, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement warehouse layout and operational workflows.
• Manage inventory control, stock planning, and cycle counting.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in setting up new warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
