Tanggung Jawab
- Direct all daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, and efficiency in inbound/outbound logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
- Implement lean methodology and process improvements to drive operational productivity and reduce cost-to-serve.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and workplace safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management systems to ensure 99.9% accuracy and minimal shrinkage.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for logistics partners and transportation providers.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding regional distribution performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or cold-chain logistics sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large, multi-shift warehouse teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
