Shopee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our SCommerce facility in Carmona, Cavite. In this critical role, you will be the heartbeat of our supply chain, ensuring that thousands of orders are processed, packed, and dispatched with precision, speed, and accuracy.
As our Warehouse Manager, you will lead a diverse team, optimize floor workflows, and leverage data-driven insights to exceed operational KPIs. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining Shopee’s promise to our customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end fulfillment experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational workflows to increase throughput and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, cost per unit, and cycle time to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and customer service to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations with complex SKU counts and high transaction volumes.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Deep understanding of safety standards, lean methodology, and continuous improvement practices (Six Sigma or Kaizen).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
