Shopee is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our SCommerce operations in Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna. As part of the Shopee Operations team, you will be at the heart of the e-commerce ecosystem, overseeing the end-to-end process from the moment a buyer clicks 'order' to the final delivery at their doorstep.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and tactical execution of warehouse activities. You will lead a large team of dedicated professionals to ensure operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse productivity, space utilization, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of supervisors and floor staff, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle time, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity.
- Ensure full compliance with local occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and corporate security protocols.
- Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams to resolve bottlenecks and optimize the last-mile delivery interface.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory flow and generate actionable data insights for senior management.
- Manage the facility budget, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and consumable supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, preferably within the e-commerce, 3PL, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale teams (100+ personnel) in a high-volume environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino to effectively lead a diverse workforce.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna and flexibility to support peak season operations.
