We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics operations in Senai, Johor. This is a critical role for our manufacturing campus, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse function, from inbound receiving to outbound shipping, ensuring seamless material flow to support production schedules.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be instrumental in developing a high-performance team, optimizing inventory accuracy, and implementing Lean methodologies to drive efficiency and cost savings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Quality to ensure operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure a safe, compliant, and highly productive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse supervisory team and staff to build a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the warehouse operational budget, controlling costs related to labor, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to forecast demand and align inventory levels with production requirements.
- Spearhead Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives to eliminate waste and optimize space utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive warehouse and logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing.
- Deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (SAP knowledge is highly preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of 30+ employees.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision making.
- Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume assembly environment is a strong plus.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
