Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently.
- Maintain precise inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and perform regular stock audits.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments while ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation and records are accurately updated and maintained.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and facility conditions, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Implement and uphold 5S and workplace safety standards to minimize risks and maximize productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word).
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate team members.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid forklift license or experience in handling material handling equipment is a significant advantage.
