Tanggung Jawab
- Manage receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials, equipment, and tools
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and reconciliation
- Implement warehouse organization systems for optimal space utilization and accessibility
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability
- Conduct regular warehouse safety audits and enforce compliance standards
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock movement trends
- Train warehouse staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Logistics or related field
- 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory control methods
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with certification
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
