Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end Sales Order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure all team members adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales departments to resolve order fulfillment issues promptly.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure that warehouse facilities are organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and operational throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for data accuracy.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across different departments.
