In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising our team, managing daily inventory cycles, and ensuring the seamless flow of materials from receiving to dispatch. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Lead and train a team of warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence of materials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics best practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
