Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse operations related to airfreight export, including receiving, checking, picking, packing, and staging of cargo.
- Ensure all outbound shipments are accurately processed, labeled, and documented according to airline and customs requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently for cargo movement.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations to maintain accurate stock records and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (e.g., customer service, transport) and external parties (e.g., airlines, truckers) for seamless cargo flow.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Air Waybills (AWBs), manifests, and delivery orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, cargo discrepancies, or damages in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the airfreight export or freight forwarding industry.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid forklift license is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with airfreight export documentation and customs procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of warehouse duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
