Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound warehouse activities to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous documentation.
- Supervise the receiving, inspection, and systematic storage of incoming goods.
- Manage the picking, packing, and dispatching processes to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory records and generate operational reports.
- Enforce strict warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal logistics teams and external transport partners to resolve discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage stock discrepancies effectively.
- Proven ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts or pallet jacks) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
