Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory integrity.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Handle materials handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks or reach trucks safely.
- Report any discrepancies or damages identified during the intake or shipping process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/O-Level/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, though entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina to handle warehouse duties and lift goods as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Possession of a forklift license is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime if required by operational needs.
