Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with warehouse safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the transport team to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, packing lists, and invoices.
- Perform cycle counts and investigate any stock discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for optimal workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory software.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ability to work in shifts or flexible hours as required.
