We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operation Assistant to join our growing team in Jurong East. The Role
As a Warehouse Operation Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment, inventory management, and quality control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client products are stored, picked, packed, and dispatched correctly and on time, every time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate order picking and packing to meet daily fulfillment KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct thorough quality control (QC) checks on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure product integrity.
- Manage inventory through regular cycle counts, stock checks, and system reconciliation.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners.
- Support inbound processing, including receiving, checking, and put-away of stock.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and peak season overflow to support overall business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment is an advantage.
- Comfortable with manual handling and able to lift heavy goods (up to 15-20 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
