- Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity.
- Liaise closely with clients to understand operational requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with logistics teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies within the warehouse.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to reduce costs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary training to staff to upskill the team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven track record of working in client-facing roles within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

- Relevant certification in supply chain management or logistics is an advantage.
