As a Warehouse Operation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and optimizing storage space utilization. Your role will be vital in supporting our production team by ensuring timely availability of materials and finished products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage space for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure material availability
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper handling and storage of materials
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels
- Coordinate with transportation providers for timely delivery of goods
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
