Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse floor operations, ensuring all workflows meet Maersk’s high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Oversee accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, receiving, and dispatching processes.
- Manage administrative documentation, ensuring all shipping records, logs, and system entries are updated in real-time.
- Drive workplace safety by enforcing rigorous EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols across the facility.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Mentor and guide warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement in operational practices.
- Generate and present operational performance reports to management to highlight key KPIs and improvement opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and resolve operational bottlenecks under pressure.
- In-depth understanding of logistics safety standards and inventory control methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between administrative processes and physical warehouse execution.
- Flexible to work in the West Region and support operations as per business requirements.
