Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement efficient inventory control systems
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional account servicing to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Strong customer service skills with experience in account management
- Proficient in inventory management systems and software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good communication skills in both written and English
