Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive tool surveys and inventory audits using digital tracking systems
- Coordinate receiving, stocking, and dispatching of warehouse materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Optimize warehouse storage layouts to maximize space utilization and accessibility
- Implement and maintain workplace safety standards and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and timely deliveries
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software and digital tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to conduct precise tool audits
- Physical capability to lift 25kg and work in standing/walking environments
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company certification
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize operational workflows
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
