In this role, you will be the backbone of the warehouse operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from the moment stock arrives until it is dispatched to customers. You will handle critical tasks such as verifying incoming shipments, organizing inventory in the warehouse management system (WMS), and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Your ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment will be key to your success. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the receiving, inspecting, and storing of incoming inventory and supplies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to order specifications and schedules.
- Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to maintain data accuracy in the WMS.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Procurement) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce errors.
- Generate and review daily operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Possession of a forklift license is a strong advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform standing, walking, and lifting tasks as required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
