Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations to ensure operational KPIs are met.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system reconciliation.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and enforce strict safety compliance and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Handle documentation including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and warehouse management system (WMS) entries.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid forklift license or relevant safety certifications are a significant advantage.
