The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Executive to join our growing family in Kallang Bahru. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will span the entire supply chain from receiving inbound shipments and managing stock, to picking, packing, and dispatching orders to our B2B clients across Singapore. In this critical role, your ability to organize workflows, coordinate drivers, and execute deliveries meticulously will directly impact our promise of reliability and service excellence. Key Requirements
The ideal candidate brings a robust background in warehouse and logistics operations, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfort with physical tasks is a must, as is proficiency in modern inventory management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory.
- Plan and coordinate daily local B2B delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical stocktakes to maintain high inventory accuracy levels.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in training and supervising warehouse assistants and part-time staff as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and perform administrative duties to support the operations manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse safety standards.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous for supporting B2B deliveries.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
