Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all staff.
- Assist in training junior staff members and preparing them for future supervisory responsibilities.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records and digital databases using warehouse management software.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Forklift handling certification (MFV/FFV) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) candidates are strongly preferred.
- Willingness to undergo training for potential supervisory roles.
