Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation
- Implement and follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize storage efficiency
- Train and supervise warehouse staff when necessary
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation for inventory and shipping
- Identify and resolve operational issues to prevent delays or disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in inventory management software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
