This role is designed for ambitious students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced automotive spare parts environment.
As an intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and smooth operational flow. You will work alongside industry professionals, gaining practical exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) and real-world supply chain logistics. This is the perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom theory and industrial practice in one of the region's most dynamic auto spare parts hubs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily warehouse receiving, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure system accuracy.
- Update and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) records with high precision.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline the flow of auto spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight potential discrepancies to warehouse supervisors.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation as required by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn operational workflows.
- Ability to commit to the internship duration as specified by university requirements.
