Eng Sheng Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Operations & Inventory Support Senior Executive to join our Bintulu branch team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, and logistical workflows run with maximum efficiency.
As our Senior Executive, you will take ownership of daily warehouse operations, lead inventory control initiatives, and bridge the gap between procurement and final delivery. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Manage inventory cycles, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain 100% data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to improve overall team productivity and morale.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layouts to streamline workflow efficiency.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and inventory status updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese (to communicate with local stakeholders).
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Deep understanding of inventory management principles, such as FIFO, LIFO, and Just-In-Time (JIT) methods.
