Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Manage and train warehouse staff to optimize productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely material flow
- Monitor KPIs such as order fulfillment rates and inventory turnover
- Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse procedures and quality assurance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with process optimization and lean methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
