Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing warehouse team of 15+ personnel
- Implement and maintain safety protocols ensuring OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and technology to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS system oversight
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Develop and manage departmental budgets while controlling operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years warehouse experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems, inventory control principles, and lean methodologies
- Proven track record in team development and performance management
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certifications in logistics (CSCP, CPIM) or warehouse management preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical mobility requirements
