Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and optimize stock levels
- Lead and develop warehouse teams through training, performance management, and motivation
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transportation departments for integrated operations
- Develop and maintain SOPs for warehouse processes and technology systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems and WMS implementation
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ personnel
- Proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting tools
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or warehouse operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of Malaysian OSHA regulations and safety standards
