Are you a highly organized logistics professional with a passion for plants and eCommerce? Dashi Pte Ltd is looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to join our fast-paced facility in Bedok. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our garden store operations, ensuring that our live plants and home-gardening inventory reach our customers in pristine condition and on time.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments. You will oversee daily warehouse workflows, manage inventory accuracy, and lead the team in picking, packing, and dispatching orders with efficiency. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable handling live inventory, and capable of streamlining operations in a fast-moving eCommerce business, we want to hear from you immediately.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Manage the specialized handling and packaging of live plants to ensure product health and quality upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to minimize shrinkage.
- Coordinate with the courier/delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and last-mile efficiency.
- Oversee warehouse cleanliness, safety protocols, and organization to maximize productivity.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on efficient picking and packing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize workflow processes to reduce order lead times and improve customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or eCommerce fulfillment.
- Hands-on experience or a keen interest in managing gardening products or live plants is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in basic inventory management software or eCommerce backend systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse inventory handling.
