- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, coaching, and performance management
- Coordinate logistics activities with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational best practices
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse resources effectively to optimize space utilization and labor efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in logistics or retail
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational optimization
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
