Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, pick-and-pack, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and comprehensive annual stock takes.
- Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure peak productivity and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage all logistics documentation, including Delivery Orders, Invoices, and Goods Received Notes, ensuring ERP system data is real-time and accurate.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal transport teams to optimize nationwide distribution routes.
- Implement and maintain 5S standards and Warehouse Safety guidelines to ensure a world-class working environment.
- Generate weekly and monthly operational reports for management, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on data accuracy.
- Familiarity with the Klang/Port Klang logistics landscape and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
