Join DSV Global Transport and Logistics as a Warehouse Operator and become an essential part of our dynamic supply chain team. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless warehouse operations by strictly adhering to safety protocols, quality standards, and efficient processes. You'll implement 5S methodologies (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain an organized, safe, and productive work environment. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records. You'll operate material handling equipment safely and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Strictly comply with all warehouse safety, quality, and operating procedures
- Implement and maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
- Perform all warehousing activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
