Tanggung Jawab
- Handle all daily inbound and outbound warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Conduct accurate inventory management through cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts (valid license required).
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with WSH regulations.
- Coordinate with team members to meet operational KPIs and shipment schedules.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to record and track inventory movements.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of containers and delivery trucks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or NITEC in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Valid forklift license (counterbalance or reach truck) is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS or inventory systems.
- Willing to work overtime and be flexible with work schedules.
